Gianelli, You are the individual who has harassed, stalked, threatened, and intimidated people in my life. We don't know you. You have slandered me, terrorized my sons, targeted witnesses, and harassed members of my family, friends, colleagues, and so forth. People have filed police reports, asked their lawyer to advise you to cease and desist, contacted FBI, and so forth. Your lying about these facts online (in posts that are being broadcast onto my computer and emailed to me by You Tube) will not change that fact. This is well documented and people you have harassed have provided declarations detailing your utterly psychotic conduct. After defending Leonard Cohen's legal interest for years, I am aware that you, Kory & Rice began to engage in an utterly and thoroughly moronic cove-your-ass operation. Rice hasn't "engaged" you to "combat" my harassment because I haven't engaged in any. This thread alone proves that you descended on this site, slandered me, lied, publicly attacked me, attempted to elicit information about my defense, further attempted to elicit information about IRS, Phil Spector, and so forth. I have created a blog to document your harassment, step by step now. I have contacted an investigator to investigator the extent of your involvement with Kory, Rice, and others. I filed my motion to vacate diligently and the renewal of the fraud judgment is under appeal and will be pursued with higher courts, if necessary. I am aware that Cohen, Kory & Rice used their influence to retaliate with the present proceedings, attempted to modify the Colorado order after the protected party's death, and their deception is well documented in legal pleadings, etc. I see you believe these posts will end up in court and are attempting to flatter judges. I find that utterly appalling. From my perspective, you should be arrested, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and disbarred.

I also understand, having studied you and your tactics while you've harassed and targeted me and others since 2009, that you insult, slander, and provoke people through your crass and vulgar attacks. I don't know people on welfare with shopping courts but don't look down upon the less fortunate individuals in this world. You, on the other hand, possess unfounded arrogance and an embarrassing tendency to flaunt your taste in wines, restaurants you'll be stopping by, condo in Mexico, and so forth. This doesn't change your nature. When you make these types of statements, you are attempting to elicit information about who I know, what they believe, and so forth. You represent the legal interests of Leonard Cohen. That is well documented. Your lying about these issues, while defending yourself and attacking me, doesn't change that fact. Since you continue to publicly attack me and lie, I have been advised to create a blog that documents your conduct with respect to me, step by step. All of your harassing emails have and will continue to be forwarded to IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others. It is quite obvious that an extensive investigation into your role in these matters, including your attempts to obtain information and infiltrate the Spector case will be investigated.

The speculations of your unwashed underclass fellow welfare and shopping cart peers notwithstanding, I have never met - let alone worked for - Leonard Cohen. Michelle Rice cannot stand me. She disagrees with my policy of engaging you to combat your harassment, and that is putting it mildly. However, personalities do not change the well established and immutable legal principles that dictate the outcomes of your various legal conflicts and intrigues, past and on-going. Any experienced civil litigator could have told you (as I did) that having waited until 2013 to move to set aside the 2006 judgment you had zero chance of setting it aside. Likewise, any experienced criminal litigator could have told you that given the overwhelming evidence, your defenses to the 2012 criminal charges were unavailing and a conviction on all counts inevitable. And they would say the same about the 16-counts you now face. I realize that you live in denial and are therefore unable to process this information, and that you will instead continue to double down on positions that serve only to offend the triers of fact and judicial officers in your case (no matter how they professionally conceal that offense) and that you will receive the maximum sentence possible. Indeed, from my experienced perspective, you are literally begging for it.
